1º Structure of the houses. Skeleton Design.
Constructed according to Spanish law, with high density re-enforced concrete columns, to the highest standard.

2º Flooring and walls.
High quality floor tiles in both bathroom and kitchen 40x 40 double thickness.
Walls tiled from floor to ceiling with a decorative band in both rooms also.

3º Windows.
All constructed of aluminium and coated. Double Glazed, and each window is fitted with Persian Blinds.

4º Doors External.
Are of Oak , fitted with 5 locking points and security hinges, varnished with gold coloured handles.

5º Doors Internal.
Also of Oak , with 2 panels and gold coloured handles.

6º Bathroom and Toilet.
Taps and fittings of the highest standard ( Chrome Plating) Waste tubes of high density P.V.C. Toilet and Washbasin manufactured by “ Dama De Roca” or similar standard.

7º Solar Panels.
Fully fitted with solar panels and all internal eqiupment required.

8º Ceilings.
Bathroom and toilet have suspended ceilings to avoid humidity.

9º Central Heating and Air Conditioning.
Full Pre- Installation with tubing and fittings for future installation.

10º Electrical Installations.
All plugs and fittings are white and manufactured by “Niessen serie olas” or similar T V points in Lounge and main bedroom.

11º Paintwork Internal.
All ceilings and walls will be coated twice with a high grade plastisized paint.

12º External Finish.
All in high quality brick and stonework. ( No Paintwork)

13º Kitchen.
Fully Fitted with worksurfaces and units.
